A Selex Falco Drone crashes in DR Congo. Similiar stories in Wales and Pakistan ?

An unmanned aircraft used by U.N. peacekeepers in Democratic Republic of Congo crashed on Wednesday near the eastern town of Goma, sources at the airport and interior ministry said.
The United Nations force started using drones - a first for the world body - last month to help it monitor armed groups operating along Congo's border zone with Rwanda and Uganda.
Since its first flight in 2003 this Drone suffered of 2 major crashes. The first one in 2009 and another one in 2010 (we have excluded incidents). No reports can be read about crashes, only articles.
Of course it's too early to know the real resons of the crash.

A Falco Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) of the Pakistan Air Force has crashed on Tuesday when it was on routine flight at 11:45am. The wreckage of the Falco Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was found in a garden by local villagers.
According police tis incident has caused no loss of life or property. Pakistan Air Force have ordered in investigation of the crash after removing the UAV’s wreckage. The Falco UAV was included in Pakistani air force in 2009 for optronic and electronic surveillance applications.
