According to Amadeus (18 MAR 2014), Air Uganda has closed bookings for flights to and from Kigali, from 30 March 2014. However, RwandAir will operate flights in code share with Air Uganda. We are waiting for the confirmation from Air Uganda. 21 March 2014 :  We are suspending flights till a later time. We will still sell tickets on the route through our partner carriers.

According to Amadeus (22 OCT), Air Uganda has reduced flights to Kigali. Flights are now operated 5 times a week, instead of 7 times. Monday and Wednesday flights are canceled

Air Uganda June 2013 Kigali operation changes

According to Amadeus (27 MAY), with the add of third CRJ, the resumption of flights to Kilimanjaro and the opening of flights to Somalia, Air Uganda will provide new timetables from and to Kigali, from 01 JUN 2013.
