Airlines : Qatar Airways provides the best customer service in Rwanda according the Service Mag readers

While Qatar Airways launched flights to Rwanda, one year ago, the airlines has got nice gift for its first anniversary. In deed, according to a survey provided by the Service Mag one of leading newspaper in Rwanda, Qatar Airways was awarded in the category "Airlines" "Best Customer Service", in Rwanda.
In this survey, readers of the magazine had the opportunity to cast their own votes in a range of categories, expressing themselves and giving a fair insight into the level of service. Of course it's not an official survey, but this kind of survey is very rare in Rwanda, and thus could give the example to others institutions or magazines, to do the same thing, to improve the customer service. Many Rwandans or foreign visitors say that the customer service is often poor in Rwanda.
