    airport staff under the direct supervision of the Chief of Planning of RCAA in order to
    achieve the maximum organisationnel performance.

  • Ensures continuous availability of the airport's power supply on a 365/7/24 basis. Ensures high safety awareness for labors and safety to the equipment, proactive and customer focused maintenance attitude and shortest response and fault clearing
    time.

 

Airport Electrical Engineering Expert

ARCHITECT

 

  • Under the direct supervision of the Chief engineering and maintenance, design new
    buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings, or advise on the restoration and
    conservation of properties.

 

Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA) is a 24 hour operational organisation with its headquarters in Kigali. Enjoying Financial and Administrative autonomy, it is charged with the responsibility of ensuring airspace safety and security, and promoting safe, consistent and efficient use of civil aviation both inside and outside Rwanda. In particular, RCAA is responsible for air transport regulation; management of the operations of all airports in the country and management and surveillance of the national airspace to ensure safety and security. This is done in line with standards and recommended practices set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
