Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA) is a 24 hours operational organisation with its headquarters in Kigali. Enjoying Financial and Administrative autonomy, it is charged with the responsibility of ensuring airspace safety and security, and promoting safe, consistent and efficient use of civil aviation both inside and outside Rwanda.
