KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FIRST FLOOR EXTENSION DESIGN REPORT

The new extension features include: extension of the departure lounge to allow for more passenger space, more space for duty free shops, and Rwanda air business lounge with support facilities: kitchen and rest rooms.

The 100% design is developed with the intention of compliance with relevant British Standards.

In the 100% design stage, the detail design has progressed to comply with all the relevant British Standards, European Norms and other codes of practice current at time of contract signature. Particular standards and codes are highlighted within relevant sections for guidance.

All Structural details, electrical and mechanical shall be provided upon signing the contract, therefore bidders will use the quantities provided for the purpose of their submission.

The following are to be integrated with existing:

 All electrical works;

 Mechanical works;

 Data cabling;

 Public Address systems;

 CCTV;

 Display systems.
