Rwandan Visa : new rules for Africans travelers from 01 January 2013

According to the Rwanda Migration Office, from 01 January 2013, all Africans travelers coming to Rwanda, will get visa at the boarder or at Kamembe or Kigali International Airport. Before, Africans travelers had to get visa on internet, for countries which doesn't host a Rwandan Diplomatic Mission.
For both EAC, CEGPL countries, travelers don't need to get a visa to go to Rwanda
